Parmesan-puffed Tilapia

- 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion shopping list
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce shopping list
- 1 lb tilapia fillets, thawed if frozen shopping list
- 1/4 tsp paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onion and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
- Pat fish dry with paper towels. Coast a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; place fillets in baking dish. Spread Parmesan mixture evenly over fillets and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and light golden brown.

This recipe was delicious and so easy to prepare. It was a hit with the entire family, even my 4 year old. I didn't have any green onion on hand so I just added some Italian seasoning. Thanks for sharing!
