Easy Spaghetti Carbonara

- 1 lb bacon shopping list
- 1 lb of spaghetti shopping list
- 1 15 oz jar of alfredo sauce shopping list
- 2 cans of peas – drained shopping list
- 4 – 8 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil cut up into little pieces (I leave these out of the sauce and add it to my bowl because my husband does not like them) shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the bacon crispy (so it will crumble well) – use a large skillet for this, you will mix the sauce in this pan
- Cook the spaghetti al denti - use bacon grease in place of oil to prevent boil-over
- Poor off all but 2-3 table spoons of bacon grease
- Add the Alfrado Sauce, drained peas, crumbled bacon and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and heat through
- Poor drained spaghetti to sauce and mix well
- Serve with Parmesan cheese on the side
