    It was great tonight! Have a lot of great compliments on the food! I will post pictures later. The party is still going on,but got my son to take over at 11:45 Once again one of the main items that people went googoo over was the fried chicken salad! It is really a Must try recipe! Have a good night and Happy Mardi Gras everyone!

    I wish all of you could come! I am exhausted just finished up the swamp dips(This is an awesome dip) I have it listed in my recipes. For some critters in the bayou, just add some sauteed crawfish tails! lol I had a hard time keeping the kiddies out of the cake balls too! Tomorrow is a big day, I will post some photos! Have a wonderful night all!

    Oh man, my mouth is watering! That sounds so very delicious, D...wish I could drive down there and join in on the fun AND the fantastic food. Try not to work so hard that you miss out on all the celebrating - one of these years, I have to come see what it's all about!!
