    Thanks for the fan rating on my Cheaty Chicken Empanadas. Much to my chagrin I recently discovered that you can actually get proper empanada pastry in the freezer section. I'm trying that out this weekend for the family birthday party.

    I see you have been around this site almost as long as I have which makes us "senior citizens". :) You will find most of my recipes are Suthren Country with a few wild swings thrown in. Some local landmark recipes and a bit of food history here and there. Hope you have a pleasant time with some of them. Be back after I go hit the "accept" button.     Hi and thank you for the 5 fork rating on the Chicken Lo Mein recipe. Every now and then I prepare a big Chinese themed meal for the family and chicken lo mein is one of the recipes I rely on. Hope you give it a try.
