Noreen, bless you dear. I had not heard of the Vitamin D. I had to increase my husband's dosage since his strokes and seizures. I never thought about my levels. My potassium was very low and that caused the flare...it was bad. And the dehydration was a surprise. Of course, the blood pressure went up from the increased pain and heart rate was accelerated from lack of iron. I'm determined to not be wheelchair bound again. I will look into Tai-Chi....my daughter took a class (freebie) and she loved it. I'm so unsteady on my feet, that I was uncertain I could do it. I fall a lot. They call me "calamity Jane" Thank you for the words of encouragement. Thank you so much. It means so much to know there is someone who understands the pain. all the best, Tina

I have to ask, what is that thing on Whistler's Mother's face in your photo? I enlarged it but I still can't make it out.
