    This definitely was easy although this isn't broiled. My steak was very done in the middle and I like mine a bit rarer. Added a picture.

    Hello there Hosabi :)
    I just checked your mango cup cakes recipe and found it interesting,thanks for sharing!

    But I have a doubt-
    there is no cream in the first part of the ingredients list,but u have used it in teh cup cakes dough?

    and also, how do those chunks of mango go with teh flour batter to make cup cakes?

    Well haven't tried such a thing before..but sounds interesting!

    gotta lot of mangoes at home at teh moment n donno wat to do with em'
