Not the kind of a movie I'd expect Matt Dillon to be in and he does seem out of his element, though he still seems like Laurence Olivier next to a near-catatonic Anne Parillaud. Very nice to see Gabriel Byrne play a kindly gent although he has nowhere near enough to do.
