It is a Porsche 930 Turbo. Not a Flachbau (slant nose), even though it has the slatted side air intake. This car is shown with the standard headlights on this Instagram post https://www.instagram.com/p/C1g-Tqlu5Uo/?igsh=ZWI2YzEzYmMxYg== I don't know what's going on with the side window situation, it's clearly not a stock coupe, cabriolet, targa, or Speedster.
