Cool Treats Bundle

I don't often do back to back posts with the same product, but I have more to share with the brand new Concord & 9th Cool Treats Bundle.  I'm having so much fun creating with this one!

These are by far my favorite colors, the orange ones I posted earlier were cute and I love creating with those colors, but these speak to me...you know, like most ice cream speaks to me.   Ok, maybe it's just me. *Ü*

Stamp Set:  Cool Treats Bundle
Cardstocks:  Reverse Confetti Flamingo & Rose, FSJ Peaches and Cream & Oatmeal Cookie
Accessories:  Cottage Rose Satin Ribbon, Distress Inks, Glitter, Clear Micro Beads, Glossy Accents

I ink blended a page of ombre colors with Distress Oxide Ink Pads and then cut them out with the dies.  It gives the Popsicles, snow cones and ice cream bars a cool look.

The snow cones were stamped with the stripe image to get the diagonal look.  I added a little bit of Glossy Accents and sprinkled with Clear Micro Beads for an icy effect.

This card uses the Turnabout stamp in the bundle to create the background.  I love using these - you have to try it!!  The Popsicle was cut three times with three different colors and then the words were embossed with Brutus Monroe Alabaster embossing powder.  That brand is some seriously good embossing powder!!!

I made a small box to go between two Popsicle dies. The measurements for the box are:
Box bottom is cardstock cut to 3" x 4".  Score at 1/2" on all four sides.
The box lid is cardstock cut to 3-1/16" x 4-1/16".  Score at 1/2" on all four sides.

Cool Treats Bundle

I have an ensemble to show you today made with the brand new Concord & 9th Cool Treats Bundle.
It screams summer fun and I am soooo ready!

The background is a Turnabout stamp set - have you tried these yet?  Oh my word, they turn out so cute!!

Stamp Set:  Cool Treats Bundle
Cardstock:  Banana Cream, Pineapple Smoothie, Orange Dreamsicle, Citrus Cooler
Accessories:  Banana Cream Satin Ribbon, Glossy Accents, Glitter, Clear Micro Beads

This box is about 5" x 3" and holds 4 note card size Popsicle cards

Box Bottom measurements are 6" x 8".  Score at 1" on all 4 sides,  Lid is 4-1/16" x 6-1/16".  Score at 1/2" on all 4 sides.

I used the Dotted Fill In stamp set for the polka dots.

The ribbons are Citrus Cooler and Banana Cream Satin Ribbons.

Isn't this a fun summer time set?  Actually, ice cream and Popsicles are year around food in my house but... *Ü*

Great NEWS!!

Remember the fun truck bed dies that were available in the fall and sold out quickly?  They are back AND have a new set of sentiments. Woo Hoo!
I ordered mine yesterday and can't wait to get them.  Get ready for some more truck cards coming soon!

All supplies are listed below...
The new Sizzix Peony dies is the highlight here.  I love this flower!!
The vanilla blossom right in front is the Spellbinders die, Layered Blossoms, that is on clearance at the moment.
The other vanilla flowers, like the daisies, are from the  Bundle of Flowers die.
The leaves are in the peony die and the eucalyptus is listed below.

Here is a little more detail on the products I used.

Sizzix Thinlits Peony Dies - Amazon, Sizzix

For You Card

 Happy Mother's Day stamping friends!
I have brand new The Stamp Market stuff to play with - my order arrived last week and I couldn't wait to get into it.
The May release has lots of fun things like this big For You die set and the beautiful Poppies Stamp Bundle.  I own a lot of flowers, but I've never stamped a poppy before, so this was fun.

I stamped the flowers and leaves all over the card front and then laid it on the Big Shot and cut out the YOU letters with the dies. I put the letters back on the card with Foam Squares.  I cut the 'for' in white cardstock and adhered it on top.

Check out The Stamp Market May Release - today, Mother's Day only, everything is 20% off with a $50 order.
Orders up to $40 use code SHOP10
Orders $50 and up use code SHOP20
