Ultimately the conclusion reached was that we couldn't agree on any of the ideas for actually reducing the size of the convention, so we'd attempt to to manage the size we had better.
This area is under construction, I'm afraid. We haven't found definitive versions of some of the documents yet. This is still being actively pursued (3-Jul-97).
