The Long-Range Convention Task-Force

In late 1990, many of us were already very worried about Minicon's size. At that time, a task-force was convened to study the issue and report back to the board and to Minicon.

Ultimately the conclusion reached was that we couldn't agree on any of the ideas for actually reducing the size of the convention, so we'd attempt to to manage the size we had better.

This area is under construction, I'm afraid. We haven't found definitive versions of some of the documents yet. This is still being actively pursued (3-Jul-97).

Here are many of the relevant documents.
