About the picture, there's a problem of "empty space". You have more space in the left than in the right part of your picture. As Hamirji Gohil is going to the right, You should let the free space in front of him to suggest movement to the right.

This is a much nicer photo. You would have benefited from using a fill in flash, so the background wouldn't be so blown, (too light)
