Former Erie Snowplow #1305 - now Conrail
Title:  Former Erie Snowplow #1305 - now Conrail
Description:  Michael A Tedesco caught this Erie snowplow sitting in the Hornell, NY, yard in 1976. Still wearing its original Erie logo, the snowplow was part of the merged Erie and DLW company. This photo is at the edge of the Conrail transition when EL failed. Thanks to Tom Beckett (see comment below), we now have a fuller history on this piece going back to its DLW origins as DLW #95903 and move eventually onto the NS roster. Does anyone know of the disposition of the snowplow after Conrail?
