The fabulously talented Unity Stamp Company
Design Team has invited all of us
to join their weekly blog hop!!
It's a fun "excuse" to pull out my
newest Unity stamp set and PLAY!
I have never been a big fan of owls...
They've always reminded me of the olive green, mushrooms
and owls popular in the 70's.
(sorry if that reveals my generation)
BUT, when I saw this little owl with the sad
face and big eyes I melted and into my Unity
cart it went!!
I stamped this sweet image with Versafine Tuxedo black ink
on water color paper then embossed with clear powder.
I then watercolored the image with Tim Holtz
distress reinkers. A little machine stitching and
Basic Grey Candy Buttons finish the card.
