Southern and Central Georgia, and Southern South Carolina as Debby
continues inland...

Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for North and Central Florida,
and Southern Georgia.

Scattered Flood Warnings are in effect for Florida and southern
Georgia.

Flood Watches for much of Florida, Southern and Central Georgia,
and Central and Southern South Carolina.

A Tornado Watch is in effect for portions of Florida and Georgia.

At 1000 AM EDT...National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated
bands of heavy rainfall moving across much of Florida, Southern
and Central Georgia, and Southern South Carolina. In addition to
heavy rainfall, strong, gusty winds were observed across the
Florida peninsula and portions of Southeast Georgia, with the
highest gusts along the Florida Gulf Coast. Below are preliminary
