...Debby continues to bring heavy rain and gusty winds to portions
of northern Florida, southeastern Georgia, South Carolina, and
southeastern North Carolina ... 

A tropical storm warning is in effect from the Georgia coastline
to the North Carolina/South Carolina border. A tropical storm
watch is in effect for souhtern North Carolina.

A Tornado Watch is in effect for portions of central South
Carolina to southern North Carolina.

Flood and Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for southeastern
Georgia, South Carolina, and southeastern North Carolina.

At 1000 AM EDT...The center of Tropical Storm Debby was located
along the northeastern Georgia coastline, just west of the city of
Savannah. National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated bands
of heavy rainfall cyclonically moving into the central South
Carolina coastline to the southern North Carolina coastline. In
addition to heavy rainfall, strong, gusty winds were observed
along the Southeast Coast. Below are preliminary rainfall and wind
