...Heavy rain continues to impact the Southeast Coast and southern
Mid-Atlantic as Debby slowly moves north...

Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of eastern South
Carolina and southeastern North Carolina.

Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of Florida, southeastern
Georgia, eastern North Carolina, and southern Virginia.

A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of the Southeast and
Mid-Atlantic.

At 1000 PM EDT...Debby's slow northward motion was resulting in a
prolonged period of heavy rain for the Southeast Coast, and rain
bands were gradually expanding into the southern Mid-Atlantic.
National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain
was focusing over the eastern Carolinas while moderate to locally
heavy rain was impacting portions of Northeast Florida, Southeast
Georgia, and far southern Virginia. In addition to heavy rain,
Debby was producing strong gusty winds along the Southeast Coast.
