[Kenwood] need help

Just bought a new TS-570D (G)  about five days ago. A problem has occurred
twice since I started using it.
Problem---turn on power supply, turn on rig, display lights up, but radio
doesn't play. No buttons work and no knobs work. Push or turn button or knob
and I get a beep. I turn rig off, then turn on and it plays. Should I be
concerned or is it just a glitch now and then we live with? I have no
Kenwood experience so any help would be appreciated.
