[Kenwood] TM-631A Memory Loss

I woke up my TM-631A this morning and she had no memory.  Page 23 of the 
manual says this would probably be due to the lithium battery going south which I 
suspected.  It further says this needs to be fixed at a service center due to 
CMOS circuitry.  Any idea what this might set me back??????
