[Kenwood] PLEASE HELP!!! (THE PROBLEM CONTINUES)

I sould have sent this out befre, but I thought you may have gotten the pinouts understood by the others.

The TS-870S uses STRAIGHT THROUGH  serial cables.

That is:
1-1
2-2
3-3
etc.

Do not use a null modem or any other cable that swaps TXD or RXD or any of the other signals.  I fyou are using RCP95, make sure you configure both the 870 and the RCP with the same baud rates, handshaking, correct COM port, etc.
