[Kenwood] Trouble on 10m on the TS-870S

Cyrus,

This is a PLL problem, where the PLL is unlocking.  There's a TSB that 
describes how to fix this problem, when it occurs in conjunction with 
the installation of the SO-2.  Maybe the re-alignment procedure it 
outlines might help in your case.
