[Kenwood] Getting her going

OK all, when I get this TS-520 put back together, I might need a little 
advice on a proper and speedy way to tune up.  Those that looked at the 
burnt resistors told me it was likely caused by improper tuning or a 
mismatch.  I don't want to fry the Final board and have to fix it 
again.  Anybody have any ideas?  The only tube radio I have experience 
with is a Swan 250C.
