[Kenwood] Tuning rate too fast on TS-940S

I've got 10 kHz/rev if turned slowly.

The other TS-940S (which I felt tuned slower), is feeling rather sick, so I 
don't know what that's doing. I can check the chip later.

Is 10 kHz/rev normal in CW and SSB modes - it seems pretty quick to me!
