Kenwood Items For Sale:

Kenwood TH-235 Two Meter FM HT:

The Kenwood TH-235A Two meter HT has a large easy-to-read
LCD, 60 channel memories with scanning and ten DTMF
memories. Extended receive is 136-174 MHz so it includes
the weather frequencies. When used on external DC power
you will get a full 5 watts output. With the included
PB36 battery pack, it produces 1.5 watts. The low power
setting is 0.5 watts.

Features
Backlit LCD Display
60 Memories
Scanning
Battery Saver
Built-In CTCSS Encode
Extended Receive

This particular unit works 100% and looks like it just came
out of the box new. It came from a silent key who I don't
think ever used it. This one includes the desk charger,
rubber duck antenna, belt clip, and paper work for $115.
I added a new PB-36 battery, as the old one had been in
the drawer long enough that it did not hold a charge well.

Cigarette lighter power cord for TH-235 above. $12

Kenwood TS-130 S HF SSB / CW transceiver:

The Kenwood TS-130S solid state HF transceiver is designed
for SSB and CW modes in the 80 through 10 meter ham bands,
including the WARC bands. It is rated at 200 PEP input on
SSB, 160W DC on CW. It features a 100 Hz digital display
with analog subdial. Of course it has a speech processor,
noise blanker, IF shift, and other features. It requires
13.8 V DC at about 20 amps.

This particular radio works 100%, and looks great.
With paper work for $300.

Pyramid PS-25 Power Supply (25 amps at 13 V DC):

The Pyramid PS-25 is a 13 Volt DC power supply with both a
voltmeter and an ammeter built in. The output voltage is
adjustable over a range from about 11.5 to 15.5 volts DC.
There is also an adjustment to set the current limiting,
up to 25 amps. This means it can be set so that it will
protect the finals of a solid state rig. In addition, a
buzzer is activated if it goes into over current limiting.
This power supply has the features you want!

This particular unit works fine, and looks extremely nice.

With paper work for $80.

This supply is ideal for the TS-130 S above.
Buy the Kenwood TS-130 S and the Pyramid PS-25 for $375.

Kenwood HS-4 Communications Headphones:

The Kenwood HS-4 is a set of headphones that completely
cover the ear to block out extraneous noise. They are
designed for communications effectiveness, and have an
8 ohm impedance to match most any rig. Of course these
are mono headphones and not stereo.

They have a standard 1/4 inch plug.

These work fine and look very good as well. No rips or
tears in the headphone covers. $30

Deluxe Desk Microphone with Kenwood 8 pin connector:

This is a great looking and great performing low impedance
desk mic. It has a quality Shure 600 ohm cartridge in it
(the cartridge alone is over $40 new), with a very nice
black die case base and neck, with a chrome grill. It
looks somewhat like a Shure 444, but no plastic on this
one -- all metal!

This one looks like new, and works the same. It has a
long (approx 6 foot) cord, with a round 8 pin connector
for Kenwood. $75

Kenwood Hand Microphone with round 8 pin plug:

This hand mic works great on most Kenwood rigs with the
round 8 pin connector, such as the TS-430, TS-440,
TM-241, TM-2530, TW-4000, and others.
It only says "Electret Condenser Mic" on it, with no
model number.

Basically, this mic is like an MC-43, only with a couple
more features. Of course it has the mic and PTT switch;
it also has up/down switches on the top. There are four
"extra" buttons labeled Call, VFO, MR, and PF. What these
four buttons do depends on the rig that it is attached to.
They will function on some rigs, and are completely useless
on others. There is also a "Lock" switch on the back.

Regardless if you use the four extra buttons or not, you
still have a mic that works like an MC-43.

This mic works fine, and looks like new. I am guessing it
came with a rig, and was immediately put in the drawer. $30

Hand mic same as above, but with 8 pin modular connector on
it. This one was tested on a TM-261, and should work on
most of the Kenwood rigs that take the modular connector.
It works fine and looks like new. $30

Operator's Manual for Kenwood (Trio) TS-440 S:

This is a quality reproduction with a "comb" binding
that has been done by one of the professional reproduction
houses. W7FG I think.

This one has a plastic protector on the front, and is
in very nice condition. It includes schematic diagrams.
$18
