At 1000 PM EDT...Ophelia's remnant circulation has migrated into
northeast Maryland, with an occluded front extending east. Latest
surface observations and regional radar mosaic depict widespread
moderate rain with locally heavy pockets to the north of this
occluded front across eastern Pennsylvania and northeast into New
England.

The low pressure system is forecast to continue a slow eastward
track while weakening, shifting offshore into the western Atlantic
by tomorrow. Through Monday morning, additional rainfall of 1 to 3
inches should spread north of the low across the northern
Mid-Atlantic, southern parts of New York, and southern New
England. Localized flash, urban, and small stream flooding as well
as isolated river flooding are possible in areas of heavier
rainfall.
