Low pressure is expected to continue moving eastward, moving off
the New England coast. Heavy to moderate snowfall will continue to
fall over New York and New England today, but should start to
dwindle to light, scattered snow showers by the Monday morning
commute as the low pressure moves away from the area. Total
snowfall amounts will exceed a foot across portions New England
and Upstate New York before the system diminishes.
The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1000 PM EST. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
