...Debby continues to bring heavy rain and gusty winds to portions
of northern Florida, southeastern Georgia, and southern South
Carolina...

Flood and Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of
Florida, southeastern Georgia, southern South Carolina, and
southeastern North Carolina.

Flood Watches are in effect for much of the Southeast Coast from
North Florida to eastern North Carolina.

A Tornado Watch is in effect for portions of coastal Georgia and
South Carolina.

At 1000 PM EDT...National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated
bands of heavy rainfall moving across portions of Northeast
Florida, southeastern Georgia, and southern South Carolina. In
addition to heavy rainfall, strong, gusty winds were observed
along the Southeast Coast. Below are preliminary rainfall and wind
