...Heavy rain continues to impact the Southeast Coast as Debby
slowly moves north...

Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of eastern Georgia,
eastern South Carolina, and eastern North Carolina.

A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of Georgia, South
Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.

At 1000 AM EDT...Heavy rain and strong winds continued to impact
the Southeast Coast as Debby's motion continued to slow. National
Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated bands of heavy rainfall
impacting, eastern South Carolina, and eastern North Carolina.
Light to moderate rain also continued over portions of Georgia and
northern Florida. In addition to heavy rainfall, strong, gusty
winds were observed along portions of the Southeast Coast. Below
are preliminary rainfall and wind observations associated with
