Your Favourite Person to Make for at Christmas (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

Although I enjoy crafting as a hobby, it's far more motivating when I know the recipient of my project will appreciate the hours of creative work you've poured into your project.  I particularly like making for my Bestest Crafting Buddy who also happens to be my Partner in Crime when it comes to buying more stash (although to be fair, no encouragement is usually required!)

I've made a tag to decorate an Advent calendar that I've made with a few crafty bits inside. I can't disclose what's inside because she won't start opening the doors until tomorrow and I don't want any spoilers, but I hope she enjoys opening the doors as each day arrives. I can at least share the tag which she should have already seen by now, in preparation for tomorrow's 'Grand Opening Ceremony'!

My favorite "person" to make for is our puppy, Koa!  He is a new member of our family, and I loved crocheting this Christmas fuzzy lei for him.  I canÊ»t say he particularly excited about it, but I love that he looks so cute and festive.  He will look great in our family pic.

My favourite person to make for, [and a bit difficult as we have two more]...
would be Hadley, my great grandson..

Inside..

and out..

I love making cards for my Grandson. It is fun to choose an image and colour  it and see the smile when he opens it.

I love making christmas tags for my family. I use them on presents and they love them. This one is for my very sweet mother, just because she is the best!

This year it is my Grandson.  It's the first Christmas where he is more aware of what is going on and he's already been to see Santa!

My card is for my Granddaughter Mollie Rose and I have personalised this tall one for her.

One of my favourite people to make for is my darlin' mum, she always
appreciates the time and effort that goes into creating something just for her.

My favorite person to make a Christmas card for is my friend.I know she doesn't like the traditional or cute Christmas cards. So I made this for her in somewhat modern colour scheme.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I love wintry images and the excuse to use a little glitter on the snowy scenes.  I have far more Christmas images than any other theme, so I think that supports my claim that Christmas is my favourite theme to craft for!

ItÊ»s autumn for me.  I love the wonderful colors the leaves turn, the cool, crisp air and of course, football!

My favourite is Autumn, hands down, Autumn, the smell, the damp the colours, magical..

I prefer winter. I love long crafting nights making Christmas cards.

I have chosen autumn, although I also love winter when it is really cold and the skies are blue and the sun is shining. I love the pretty colours of the fall. Trees look amazing during the autumn months.

Crafting wise I much prefer to make winter/Christmas cards. They are the type where you have a good reason to use glitter, even though it never shows up very well on photos!

I was born in February, so a winter baby, and actually LOVE cold and frosty mornings and dark nights in front of the fire or snuggled under the duvet when it's raining outside. Also, like Annette I have far more Christmas stamps and images than anything else!

With the exception of wasps, I love everything about autumn, the soft light, the gorgeous colours, sunny days but (in theory) cooler nights.  I don't even mind it getting darker earlier because I can be cosied up indoors!

Autumn for me. I really enjoy the changing colours of the leaves on the trees.
I also like the smell outside. It gets dark earlier outside and I love to lit a candle inside while it's windy and raining outside. GEZELLIG!

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.

Using Penguin Couple by Lee Holland
Christmas is my favourite crafting occasion for loads of reason but in this case because I love pingus and also like using glitter on my creations.

I the older I get, the more I realized everyday should be celebrated.  For that reason I made a Just Because card.  I love sending cards to friends that do not expect them.

My favorite non Birthday would Anniversary cards, any year I love them..
especially golden..

What better than  a welcoming a new baby to the family. I love making new baby cards, using soft pastels and cute images.

I love to make cards for a friends to let them know you are thinking about them. I love to use a simple hello or hugs card for that.

I'm trying not to make so many this year, but my favourite is Christmas.  I love heat embossing, glitter and all the embellishments that can go with it.

For my Non-Birthday project I have made a mini album. It is a great way to use up the not so great papers from a paper collection and goodness knows I have a lot of those!!

I'm another one who likes to make get well cards to cheer people up
when they are poorly - I made this one for a friend with Shingles, she said it
hurt when she laughed at it.  Oops.

My favorite non birthday card is a get well card. I like to let friends or family know that I think about them and wish them a speedy recovery.

So now it's over to you.
