FLIP burger boutique and Red Brick Brewing Launch FL-IPA Beer on May 22


FLIP out over FL-IPA, the new house beer brewed for FLIP burger boutique by Red Brick Brewing Company. FLIP burger and the Atlanta craft brewery are buddying up to launch the easy drinking IPA on Friday, May 22 from 5-7 p.m. at the FLIP burger Howell Mill Road location. Come on over and order the special $12 pairing of a pint of the namesake beer and a signature FLIP burger decked out with bibb lettuce, pickled onions, sliced tomato, FL-IPA ketchup, FLIP sauce, B+B pickles and FL-IPA battered onion straws. Guests ordering a pint of FL-IPA will receive a Red Brick pint glass as a souvenir, and those completing an entry form will have the chance to win the grand prize of a Red Brick Brewery tour and dinner for two at FLIP. Red Brick Brewing reps will be on hand with giveaways (supplies limited). FL-IPA, a Session IPA (4.5% ABV) loaded with juicy tropical hop flavors, will be available at all FLIP burger locations.

Nashville's Humming Now that FLIP burger boutique is Opening January 21 f


FLIP burger boutique patties up restaurant number five this month, opening its first Nashville location on Wednesday, January 21. FLIP creative director and television personality Richard Blais is the man behind the plan, same as at the Atlanta and Birmingham locations. FLIP Nashville chef Chris Cunningham and general manager Jason DeSpain welcome guests to enjoy FLIP's high-quality burgers, unique combinations and excellent service at lunch and dinner daily, served inside or out on the patio (weather permitting). Ho, ho! Light-hearted FLIP repurposes space in a former Hostess bakery warehouse, emitting a bun-tiful high-energy new life amid mod red and white decor. Menu items rotate with seasonal produce accessibility and feature creative starters and sides ($3.50-$12), salads ($6-$10), about 20 burger varieties ($7.50-$14) and Blais' signature nitrogen-infused dessert-type milkshakes ($5) and liquor-laced milkshakes ($10, adults only). Fun yet sophisticated FLIP burgers include the Earth + Turf mushroom and beef blend patty; the Southern, a chicken-fried beef patty with pimento cheese, bread and butter pickles and Coca-Cola ketchup; a chickpea Fauxlafel with pickled beets and pickled red onion; chorizo-spiced pork with hash browns, manchego and a fried egg; or the Shrimp, a blackened shrimp patty with tempura-fried lemon and Cajun-aise. Poncey-Highland Tacky Sweater Block Party Spans FLIP burger boutique and More


Give your LBD and navy blazer a night off. Out-of-fashion Christmas attire is the fashion statement of the evening at the Poncey-Highland Tacky Sweater Block Party on Saturday, December 20. Festivities commence at 8 p.m. in the Highland Ballroom lounge. Merrymakers can then set off to party and enjoy live entertainment at nearby FLIP burger boutique, Sweet Auburn BBQ and Cafe 640. Ticket covers party admission and a drink ticket to redeem at each of the four participating venues. Prizes for the tackiest? FLIP Burger and LUV4wrd Partner to Help Atlanta Homeless


Flip a picture of something you "luv" into a way to keep Atlanta's homeless men, women and children warm this winter.FLIP burger boutique is sponsoring LUV4wrd, a new, free social- and cause-inspired mobile app platform where you post things you "luv" to support causes you love. Start by downloading the app -- remember, it's free -- from iPhone's iTunes App Store or GooglePlay for Android phone users, then post a photo or video you "LUV." For each post, FLIP will send a 50 cent donation to Mercy Care for their #LUV4HomelessATL campaign. Mercy Care operates Atlanta's only Health Care for the Homeless program and will use funds raised through LUV4wrd to provide winter coats, hats, gloves and socks to the estimated 7,000 homeless men, women and children living in Atlanta. You'll FLIP Over this Bison Burger


The turkey lurking leftovers are kaput, and we're moving on to something thick with a little kick and appropriately jacketed in a toasty bun. The bison burger, FLIP burger boutique's December burger of the month, grazes our radar. FLIP adorns its tender, juicy bison patty Southwest-style with pepper Jack cheese, cilantro-lime mayo and two onion rings stacked to contain bison chili and seasoned sour cream.
