‘twas a RM68 Gelish manicure + basic pedicure + foot

I’ve never tried gelish manicure before so I was rather
excited to break the noob status there!

The Ambience
Squeaky clean white tiled floors which you could literally see your own
reflection in, greets you, with majestic regal looking chairs to settle your
tush on. A nice back pillow placed strategically for your back to rest on. We weren’t left there to die of thirst throughout the entire 60 mins
pedicure, which I loved. More water/ coffee/tea needed? Sure, the therapists would happily
give you a refill! I swear! All nail parlors should do this!

Miss Juicy has a confession. Miss Juicy is a deal-a-holic. So when a super deal of RM19.90 for a pedicure popped up on my screen on www.mydeal.com.my , I'd bought it almost immediately without thinking twice. Cheap Cheap!

A little golden past time Lady Aphordite hearts is doing my own nails ! Sure, i enjoy the pampering of a once a month mani or pedi but when i do 'em nails myself , its art, skill and most of all self satisfaction. I am spoilt for choice by all the colours I own or the designs I am capable of , so yes it is a favourite Sunday past time to do my nails **smiles sweetly**
I started off buying from Elianto, Guardian Pharmacy sales of Revlon nail polishes, beauty stores, SASA and so on .List can go on but as I started working I fell in love with OPI products and now found the secret haven to get my stocks of nail colours : NAIL FIESTA :)

Chic Nail Spa - A girls day out!
So team Breakfastchatz decided on a girls day out! The highlight of our day out is the pedi that we had at Soong Ai Ling's Chic Nail Spa...
It was a last minute decision to get a pedi on a Saturday evening.. we were already rudely turned down by a few Nail Salons on in the area.. for not making prior bookings.. when we stumbled upon this quaint little Nail Salon... The service person at the counter was most accommodating and could squeeze us in the last appointment... Plus points for good service already...
We were ushered into Big comfy dark chairs among the beautiful Victorian / Parisian decorations.. even tea/ water was served in teacups! Ah.. I felt I was sipping tea with the Queen lol..=P The shop brightly lilted is spacious enough to accommodate at least 8-10 ladies.. and their many service staff walking around and working comfortably...
Nail Bar - Hic!
In pure Lady Aphrodite’s words:
“Let’s get this straight”, we LURVE our mani-pedi sessions.
So one fine day, us Breakfast-Chatters decided to take our brunch session to a bar instead.
To all you alcoholics out there, sorry darlings, but this bar is 100% halal. *winks*
Nail Bar is its name, and away we ventured to give it a try.
