Happy Sunday! I got some time to stamp this weekend and play with one of Melanie's new Gina K sets, Square Pegs. I love this new set, I used her companion set, Hip To Be Square with it. The bottom image (frame) is from the Hip To Be Square set, I masked each square and stamped the heart from the Square Pegs image using Real Red and Regal Rose. I then stamped the XOXOXO image (also from Square Pegs) in the same two colored, and layered them on top of the scallop squares. I keep forgetting how fun and easy the Marvy Scallop punches are, as I usually am reaching for my nestabilites or some other punch tool! The hearts were stamped, cut out and popped up. I'm equally excited about my ribbon bow - first try! I usually avoid ribbon bows because I can never get them quite right. the DP underneath the ribbon is from a SU! Prints Pack from last year (or the year before).
