This guy deserves a medal! Hand standing on flat ground is tricky enough, but on a longboard cruising down an open road, that's balls. He absolutely cleans his knees on the dismount, ouch!

Welcome to your Friday Mix, just the right blend of web videos to get you frothing for your weekend. We start off with the trailer for the new Bodyboarding film, The Pursuit of Excellence. It looks really well shot, with a cinematic feel and of course incredible riding. Following this is everyone's favorite tube king, Mr Jamie O'Brian, charging the infamous Wedge in California. Normally a wave left to the bodysurfers and bodyboarders, Jamie charges it on a big swell on the first day of spring. Shipsterns is not a friendly wave!

This is a very cool video shot from above the cliffs at Shipsterns Bluff, an angle not seen to often. One thing that is glaringly obvious, is that this wave takes no prisoners. Couple of mental waves made, including some crazy tubes, but way more horrible wipes!

Crazy man jumps off of Chapman's Peak

What makes a man jump off a cliff face? To be honest I don't know and you would have to ask our mate Leander, who takes great joy in jumping off of very high things. Just yesterday morning he became the first person to Base Jump off of Chapmans Peak in a Fox suit - no this is not a suit that makes you more foxy for the opposite sex, it has wing like attachments and enables the jumper to fly more horizontilay. I think.
