Challenge 2 - Boys and their toys

Welcome to our second challenge of the year.  We had some fab entries into our recycling chalenge.  I'll be back later on with the winner and top3 post.

This challenge is sponsored by one of our first ever sponsors, Hope Jacare.

"I'm a SAHM with three young children. I trained in Textile Design at the Glasgw School of Art and I love all things handmade, but especially papercrafts.  I love to doodle ... and my doodles are available to purchase as digital images through Stitchy Bear Stamps"

The theme is 'Boys & Their Toys' and we have a prize of 3 digis from Hope Jacare to give away.  If you're in need of some inspiration, here's what our team came up with:

I hope you're all fired up and ready to go. We love seeing all the entries.  Now for some rules:

1.  The card must be new for this challenge and follow the theme set.
2.  There must be a link in your post back to Cards for Men
3.  Your card must be for a boy/man.

The challenge will run from now until midnight GMT on 29 January 2012.  Leave a link to your card (not just your blog) in the link list below.  If the link list is not there for some reason, leave a comment and I'll add you in before the draw.  Good luck

Challenge No. 23 - Animals

This week's challenge is sponsored by my good friend, Claire, from Hope Jacare.  Claire kindly let us have images for our cards and as you can see there is a great variety in her catalogue.  If you haven't visited Hope Jacare before, you really should.  I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Our theme this time is Animals which should give plenty of scope.  The prize available to the random winner is a Rubber Stamp from Claire's first release,

Isn't it wonderful?  I think so and you'll find an example in our DT creations.

But there's more!  I have a fab Robin image to give away as well.  This will be emailed to anyone who enters a card in the challenge and leaves a comment requesting it.  Please remember to leave your email in the linky tool so that I can send it out.  Here's a preview of the image and again you'll find examples in our DT cards.

Now that's all done and dusted, here are the examples from the Design Team to give you some ideas:

Robin

I always love seeing the different ideas the Design Team come up with.  Now for some rules:

1. The card must be for a man/boy.
2. You need to follow the theme/sketch that is set.

3. It must be a new card.

The challenge will close at 12 midnight (BST) on the 21st November 2010.  Leave your name and a direct link to your entry (not just to your blog) below.  If the link tool is not there for some reason then leave the details in the comments and I'll add you in when I'm doing the draw.
