Saturday Image Bonus 157
This week we are continuing the animal theme with dogs. These beautiful Victorian trade cards have the cutest dogs on them. I love to collect trade cards. The images are so colorful and the artwork is so detailed for an advertisement. As always feel free to use any of the images on my website in your artwork but please do not post or sell the original image on the web in a group or collection or alone. If you use one in a project and post it to your site please link it back to here or leave a comment in the comments section of the image on this site so we can all enjoy. I love to see what you create. Please be sure to leave a comment if you stop by. It inspires me to post more.

Saturday Image Bonus 139
Todays black & white pictures are from several Harper's Bazar magazines from the 1900's. All of the drawings are by Caroline Love Goodwin. She lived a very interesting life and was the first woman democrat congresswoman from New York. I love her style and the french feel of her drawing.

Easter Hippity Hop1
All this week and next I will be posting vintage Easter postcards from the early 1900's. These postcards are ones I have collected over the last few years. They are all so full of fun and whimsy. I have posted on of my favorites first. I just love the little girl coming out of the egg and have already made a project using this postcard. See below.
Here is a small project I made using one of the images. It was quick and easy. I used a Martha Stewart bordered punch to make the decorative border. The buttons are antiques from my stash.
