Group of Seattle rioters scream at white residents: 'Give up your house! Give black people back their homes!'

An unruly group of Seattle protesters converged on a residential neighborhood earlier this week, demanding that the white people inside the homes give up their residences to people of color.

The march was caught on video, which has since gone viral on the internet.

What are the details?

According to Twitter user Kitty Shackleford, the group — made up of about 50 demonstrators — marched down the streets of the neighborhood chanting, "Black people used to live here!"

One man can be heard telling residents, "Hey guys, do you know that you are living in a historically black neighborhood right now? Do you know that before your white ass came here this was all black people? Do you know that people like you came in here and basically bought all the land from the black people less than what it was worth, kicked them out so you could live here? Do you know that? 'Cause if you don't, now you f***ing do, so do something about it."

The unnamed male demonstrator added, "How do you plan to fix it because you are living on black people's land right now. ... I mean, native land, but black people lived here, too."

A female leader in the group shouted, "Open your wallet!" and proceeded to demand that the residents give up their homes.

"[G]ive up your house!" she insisted. "Give black people back their homes! You're sitting there comfortably — comfortable as f*** as if they didn't help gentrify this neighborhood! I used to live in this neighborhood, and my family was pushed out, and you're sitting up there having a good time with your other white friends."

The male continued, "Let's not act like you just are oblivious to this s*** because you knew about it all along, and you were OK with it. But guess what, we're not, and we're bringing it to your front f***ing door so what the f*** do you plan to do about it?"

"How do you plan to re-gentrify a black neighborhood that you obviously are for gentrifying because you live here now?" the male incoherently continued.

The message that the District Attorney, ACLU, and courts were hoping to send was you that can’t defend yourself against the mob in Portland. Even terrified people whose cars are surrounded or chased by protesters have been the ones prosecuted – not the violent protesters who foment the event.

Portland Rioters Surround Car and Driver Shoots His Way Out

Portland antifa surround car, driver shoots his way out. Photo from social media video.
Every night for the past six weeks in Portland, Oregon, antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters, looters and vandals have turned what used to be a nice neighborhood in downtown into a war zone. Portlanders are sick of it.
The police commissioner/mayor and the new BLM-approved police chief have done little about it. The Portland Police Officers Association held a scathing news conference, issuing a no-confidence throwdown to City Hall and begging elected officials to stop defending antifa.
But next to nothing has been done by local Portland police.

Rioters Surround Car, Driver Shoots His Way Out

Now it looks as if the people are taking the matters into their own hands.
In the early hours of July 9th, a person driving a white car in downtown Portland was surrounded by rioters.
The “protesters” demanded that the driver “get off the f*cking road!”
Within seconds multiple shots were fired in the air from the car. No one was hit.
The person who took the video claims that the driver had been with the protesters drinking.
The motive for the shooting is anyone’s guess, as Portland police didn’t respond to the active shooter.

Millions of Dollars in Riot Damage to Portland

More than $23 million worth of damage has been done to downtown businesses since the antifa and BLM insurrection began in earnest.
Vandalism is everywhere. Red paint has been splashed on the steps of the downtown prosecutors’ office. Windows are boarded up. Businesses have been looted. People are afraid to come downtown even in the daytime.
Police won’t do much of anything, as antifa-watcher Andy Ngo has pointed out repeatedly.

The Left Blames Portland Cops for Inflaming Antifa

As PJMedia reported, President Trump sent in extra federal officers to defend the federal courthouse in downtown Portland.  Left-leaning alt-weekly Willamette Week wildly suggested that the cops may have caused antifa to do what antifa routinely does: destroy.
Whether police or protesters are in fact responsible for an escalation in hostilities over recent weeks is a matter of bitter dispute in Portland. Since protests began May 29, property destruction at the courthouses has been a feature of nightly gatherings. But so has violent force employed by police to protect those buildings—leading to a chicken-or-egg question of who’s responsible for showdowns where police have deployed tear gas at least 1 in every 4 nights.
Trump’s Attorney General Bill Barr has begun prosecuting these antifa and Black Lives Matterterrorists who attacked federal officers in a days-long siege in which multiple agents were wounded by lobbed IED’s, rocks, bottles of urine and more.
On Friday night, antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters tried to break into the federal building again and took a hammer to the head of a federal officer.

‘Official’ Portland Supports Antifa

These six weeks of riots come on top of years of antifa and Black Lives Matter insurrection. The violence grew worse in the summer leading up to the 2016 election when journalist Michael Strickland was filming a Black Lives Matter/Don’t Shoot Portland event and antifa attacked him. Strickland was roughed up by black bloc clad antifa who called him a “racist” and ordered him off the public street where the unpermitted event was being held.
Strickland retreated to a place in the back, but when masked black bloc clad and other protesters saw him again, they began to circle him to physically throw him out. That’s when Strickland drew his legally owned and concealed Glock pistol and held them off. He was arrested and thrown in jail. He faced 50 years in prison. His ten “victims” were nearly all unnamed and described in DA’s reports as being masked, wearing a hoodie, etc. It was a disgrace.
His conviction in hyper-political Multnomah County was upheld by the Oregon Appeals Court. The legal case isn’t over yet.
The message that the District Attorney, ACLU, and courts were hoping to send was you that can’t defend yourself against the mob in Portland. Even terrified people whose cars are surrounded or chased by protesters have been the ones prosecuted – not the violent protesters who foment the event.
The Portland police officers union has begged elected officials to stop defending the violent protesters. That obviously hasn’t happened. The only serious prosecutions of antifa and their BLM counterparts is being done by President Donald Trump and his attorney general.

In bid to bring back affirmative action, Calif. Legislature votes to strip discrimination protections from state Constitution...true racism! And the continuing war on a merit based society.

Voters will decide the fate of an affirmative action ban that has been in place for 24 years

California voters will be given the opportunity to repeal the California Civil Rights Initiative, also known as Proposition 209, that amended the state Constitution to prohibit discrimination or preferential treatment of people based on race or sex.

Proposition 209 states: "The State shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting."
On Wednesday, the California Senate voted 30-10 in favor of putting the constitutional amendment that reinstates affirmative action up for a vote on the November ballot. The California Senate surpassed the required two-thirds majority. The California State Assembly voted 60-14 to pass Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 5 on June 10, 2020.
Prominent California Democrats supported repealing the California Civil Rights Initiative, including Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Sen. Kamala Harris, Rep. Ted Lieu, Rep. Eric Swalwell, and Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez, who said she cried tears of joy with the possibility to "restore affirmative action in public contracting and education."

"I know about discrimination. I live it every day," Democratic state Sen. Steven Bradford said. "We live it in this building. Quit lying to yourselves and saying race is not a factor. ... The bedrock of who we are in this country is based on race."
ACA 5 was co-authored by Assemblywoman Shirley Weber (D). ACA 5 is attempting to reverse Proposition 209 that was passed in 1996 by 55% of California voters.
Affirmative action detractors brought up the iconic Martin Luther King Jr. quote: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."
Weber responded to that point by saying, "When he talked about 'I don't want to be judged by the color of my skin but by the content of my character,' that was contained in the 'I Have a Dream Speech.'" That was a dream. That was not reality. That was aspirational."
"The collective actions against inequality and injustice that we've seen around the world represent an urgent call for systemic change," state Sen. Holly Mitchell (D) said. "We must be affirmative in our actions we take to bend the arc towards justice. It's time for a new generation of California's voters to stand up and advance equity."
Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) said earlier this month that the city would embrace affirmative action.
"Our city is hungry for change, and we must knit racial justice and affirmative action into the fabric of our policies, our institutions, and our society," Garcetti said. "With the possible repeal of Proposition 209, we will begin preparing now for affirmative action in City government to open the doors of opportunity to African Americans and anyone too often left out and left behind in our economy. But no matter what happens at the ballot box, my executive directive ensures our City leadership looks at every issue through a lens of racial justice, acts to end structural racism, and brings more Black Angelenos and people of color into the halls of government."
Republican state Sen. Ling Ling Chang, who was born in Taiwan, said, "The problem with ACA 5 is that it takes the position that we must fight discrimination with more discrimination. Preferences for any purpose are anathema to the very process of democracy."
Irvine Republican Assemblyman Steven Choi pointed out that "giving special or preferential treatment to someone based on their race is racism itself, or on their sex is sexism."
"I'm Peter Kuo, an immigrant, a father of three bright students, a proud Californian and a proud Republican, Vice-Chair of the @CAGOP and I am strongly opposed to #ACA5," tweeted Peter Kuo, who is the vice chairman of the California Republican Party. "Admission to all public colleges and universities should be based solely on MERIT."
Prop. 209 was challenged in 2014 by the Senate Constitutional Amendment 5, but was dropped because of lack of support. The Sacramento Bee said SCA 5 fizzled out "after weeks of intense advocacy from Asian Americans who argued that a repeal would hurt their children's prospects for getting into the most competitive public campuses."
Seven other states have banned affirmative action, including Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, and Washington.
California requires a two-thirds vote in both chambers of the California State Legislature in order to get a constitutional amendment on the state's ballot for a vote by the public. The measure does not require Gov. Gavin Newsom's signature for approval, only a simple majority from voters.
ACA 5 will be on the ballot in the general election on Nov. 3.

The primitive nature of collective guilt. But, it's one of the tenets of Liberation theology.

The stepmother of the former Atlanta police officer who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks in a Wendy's parking lot last week was fired from her job as human resources director for a mortgage company.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson noted Thursday night that Melissa Rolfe "was the HR director at a place called Equity Prime Mortgage in Atlanta, Georgia. But today she was let go. She's no longer in that role. Apparently she was fired, and her only crime was being Officer [Garrett] Rolfe's stepmother."
Carlson continued: "According to a source familiar with the matter who spoke to this program, Rolfe was promised that her job was safe, but today she was told — and we're quoting — 'We have to terminate our relationship with you.' No other explanation was offered, and honestly no other explanation was needed. It was obvious what happened."

What did the mortgage company have to say?

"As an employer, it is imperative to maintain a safe environment for all employees. Melissa Rolfe's termination was a direct result of her actions in the workplace and violation of company policy," Equity Prime Mortgage said in a Twitter statement Thursday night. "While working with Melissa as she transitioned to a leave of absence granted by our organization, we discovered she violated company policy and created an uncomfortable working environment for many of our employees. As an HR director, she ultimately lost the confidence of her peers, leadership, and many employees who no longer felt comfortable engaging with her. We value diversity of thought and respect Melissa's personal views and the views of all employees; however, when those views create a hostile working environment, we must make difficult decisions to part ways."

Equity Prime Mortgage didn't elaborate in its statement on Melissa Rolfe's "actions in the workplace" nor about what she did to "violate company policy."
Prior to Carlson's report, EPM tweeted a lengthy post about how it strives for "diversity and equality."

What else did Carlson say?

"Rolfe has already been scrubbed from the company's website, wiped away as the Bolsheviks did with those who lost favor with Joseph Stalin," Carlson added during his program. "That will keep happening until lawmakers decide to resist the mob and protect ordinary people from its predations. This is where the country's going, it's becoming a place where you can be punished for the supposed misdeeds of your relatives. You don't want to be that country. All of us should put on the breaks immediately."
In a segment later in the program, Carlson said Equity Prime Mortgage responded with a message "blaming" Rolfe's "social media comments" without offering details about them. Fox News reported that she has referred to her stepson's case as "nonsense" in a social media post backing a Georgia congressional candidate.
"The bottom line is, it seems pretty clear they fired this woman because of who her stepson was, and just to restate the obvious, that shouldn't happen in this country because it's wrong, and people should say it's wrong, or it will continue to keep happening," Carlson added.

What else?

The Washington Examiner reported that Melissa Rolfe does not appear on the leadership page of Equity Prime Mortgage's website but that the Wayback Machine found her listed as recently as May.
"Melissa was born and raised in Cobb County, Ga. She is married with three grown sons and one grandson. She is honored to be your Human Resource Director and hopes to put over 20 years of experience into furthering the EPM way. She will be using her degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Management to partner with team members to make them feel appreciated, respected and heard. Her belief is that staff is the greatest asset at EPM and they need a healthy, happy, fun work environment that promotes personal and professional development," her description read, the paper added.

What's the background?

Garrett Rolfe and his former partner Devin Brosnan last Friday responded to a report that Brooks was sleeping in his car in a Wendy's drive-thru. The officers spoke to Brooks for about 40 minutes, ran a breathalyzer test, and then tried to handcuff Brooks, who resisted.
Bodycam and surveillance video show Brooks wrestling with the officers on the ground before grabbing one of their Tasers and running off. Brooks turned back and pointed the Taser at the officers, and then Rolfe shot at Brooks three times. Brooks later died.
District Attorney Paul Howard announced felony murder charges against Rolfe on Wednesday and said Brooks "never presented himself as a threat" and "never displayed any aggressive behavior."
Rolfe's attorney told Fox News that Brooks "turned and offered extreme violence toward a uniformed law enforcement officer. If he was able to deploy the Taser, it would incapacitate Officer Rolfe through his body armor, and at that point, if he decided to disarm another officer, he would be in possession of a firearm."
Two weeks earlier, Howard said a Taser is considered "a deadly weapon under Georgia law" in announcing charges against Atlanta police officers who used them while making an arrest during the George Floyd protests.
The Georgia Law Enforcement Organization conducted a fundraiser for Garrett Rolfe and said as of Thursday over $200,000 had been raised to help Rolfe's family pay for "legal services and general necessities."

The taker mentality has morphed into full scale anti white thuggery. First they came for $10 then more and more...any white people there are masochists.

A protest leader in Seattle's so-called "Capital Hill Autonomous Zone" demanded on Friday that white occupiers give their non-white counterparts money — or face retribution.

"I want you to find, by the time you leave this autonomous zone, I want you to give $10 to one African American person from this autonomous zone," the man told a crowd.
"And if you find that's difficult, if you find that it's hard for you to give $10 to people of color, to black people especially, you have to think really critical about in the future are you actually going to give up power and land and capital when you have it," he continued.
"If you have a hard time giving up $10, you're gonna have to think about, 'Are you really down with this struggle? Are you really down with the movement?' Because if that's a challenge for you, I'm not sure you're in the right place," he said.

"White people, I see you. I see every one of you, and I remember your faces. You find that African American person and you give them $10," he said. "Do it!"
The CHAZ, established on June 8 in the aftermath of violent protests stemming from the tragic death of George Floyd, covers six blocks in downtown Seattle.
As TheBlaze reported, Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best said violent crimes, such as rape and robbery, have occurred within the CHAZ, but police officers have been unable to adequately respond.
Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan (D) has defended the CHAZ.

Politicians and bureaucrats live in the world of permissions where the first answer is no to protect their behinds

Look how in lockstep these petty politicians become when given the slightest power. It's why socialist societies that live at the behest of these fine print men fail to innovate.

First they came for our guns (closed). Then they came for the religious (no services permitted). And, no our cars.

We are living through a period of panic porn...no disease supersedes Constitutional protections

You Can't Stop the Woodward Dream Cruis

Cities voted to cancel the Cruise, but they can only stop the action on the sidewalk.
Not a pandemic, nor a quarantine, nor a lockdown, nor cities NOT participating in street events will stop the Woodward Dream Cruise from happening Aug. 15 on Michigan’s most cruisable road. It simply can’t be done.
The 2020 edition of the biggest annual one-day car show/cruise in the world was in doubt a few weeks ago when organizers sent letters to nine municipalities bordering famed Woodward Avenue to figure out where they were on the subject. Birmingham’s leaders voted no, 7-0; Huntington Woods voted no, 5-0; Ferndale’s vote is expected next week. Berkley is not planning to pass the resolution, according to the Detroit Free Press, but the city did say it won’t hold any in-person activities.
That means no Mustang Alley, no cruise-in concerts, no official car shows and no Roadkill Nights in Pontiac.
Birmingham held a virtual meeting about the event before the vote, including a public comment portion, where resident David Bloom said what most of us were thinking.
"We have a car culture here. You can’t go to a movie theater, you can’t go bowling, you can’t go to a bar or restaurant, you can’t go to a baseball game,” he said.
It’ll be tough to stop a 30,000-vehicle strong mass from using a public street. The cities won’t be giving out parking permits or allowing folks to congregate. However, they also won’t be giving out tickets just for cruising either. Speeding, burning tires ... that’s still illegal.
Woodward Avenue, officially M-1, is one of the main north/south drags in metro Detroit, and when the first robin appears and eats its first worm sometime in March, the cars start coming. And they don’t stop coming until well into September. On any weekend night— sometimes weekday nights, too—you’ll see all manner of modern hot rods, classic muscle, exotics and antiques cruising the strip, along with full parking lots of Japanese and German vehicles, usually surrounded by young drivers wearing cool sneakers and flat-brimmed hats.
We assume the police will be stopping that sort of activity, the assembling. And there will be no roadside tents, no stages and no merchandise. But they can’t stop people from cruising legally on Saturday, Aug. 15, or any other day for that matter. We'll see you out there ... just stay in your car, please.
