GHEE RICE

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint - Ila's Kitchen. Hope all are doing well. Today my recipe is fabulous Ghee Rice. This recipe belongs to South Indian Cuisine especially from kerala cuisine. Hope many of them are familiar with ghee rice. This recipe is very common in the menu of many marriages in the south. Actually, ghee rice is served with dal curry or with non veg curry in Kerala. BROCCOLI RICE

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint - Ila's Kitchen. Today I wanna try a special and easy recipe for Tried and Tasted Event of Ohtastensee. I am gonna try Simple Broccoli Rice recipe from Taste of Pearl City by Umm Mymoonah. I thank Umm to share such an easy way to use broccoli in rice. Really , we liked this recipe and turned to be a hit in my home. Hope this is an easy way to take such a healthy vegetable. I made simple changes to recipe but the basic recipe is from Umm Mymoonah. EGGPLANT BRIYANI

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint. Belated Christmas and New Year Wishes to all. Today my recipe is Eggplant Briyani. This recipe belongs to South Indian Cuisine. The main ingredient is eggplant. Here tiny brinjals can also be used. Mostly Briyani is made with Basmathi rice. There is a secret step to prevent your briyani looking mushy .
