Hoy vengo con un tutorial sencillísimo para colorear fondos nocturnos.
Today I'm here with a very easy tutorial for colouring night backgrounds.
Mi imagen en este caso es un sello físico, por lo cual empiezo estampando el sello con tinta Memento Tuxedo Black.
Además, dibujo un círculo utilizando un troquel como plantilla,
porque para mi trabajo acabado recortaré la imagen con forma circular.
In this case, my image is a clear rubber stamps, so I start my project by stamping it with Memento's Tuxedo Black ink.
I also draw a circle around the image using a die as a template, because that is the shape that I want to have in my project.
Y estos son los colores que voy a usar
And this are the colours that I'm going to use.
Para empezar a colorear el cielo nocturno utilizo B26 y voy pintando desde los bordes hacia dentro.
En mi caso como tengo una estrella grande que tiene luz propia, pues voy pintando de oscuro a claro siguiendo su contorno.
Si se tratara de un paisaje, pues la línea del horizonte sería lo más claro,
aumentando la saturación del color conforme nos alejamos de ella.
For colouring this night sky, I start colouring from the border to the inside using B26.
In this case, because I have a big star that has it's own light, I colour from dark to light following it's shape.
But if I were to colour a landscape, the horizon line would be lighter, with the colour increasing in saturation
with the increasing distance.
Continuo acercándome a la estrella esta vez utilizando el B23.
Podéis ver que de momento voy aplicando el color en las diferentes zonas sin preocuparme de difuminarlas.
Next, I colour further in using B23.
You can see that for now, I'm only putting the colours down, not caring about blending them together.
Y lo mismo con el B21.
Ahora que ya tengo mis tres colores distribuidos en el fondo es cuando voy a difuminar los cambios de un color a otro.
I repeat the same with B21.
And now that I already have the colours distributed, is when I'm going to work on blending them together.
Para difuminar los colores y hacer los cambios más graduales, repito el proceso de oscuro a claro, pero en un sector a la vez para hacerlo más rápidamente y aplicar los colores cuando la capa anterior aún no se ha secado completamente.
Y lo repito varias veces hasta quedar contenta con el resultado.
Si queréis que vuestro fondo sea aún más oscuro podéis añadir el B29 o B39 en la zona más oscura en este paso.
To blend the colours together, I repeat the process from dark to light several times, until being happy with the result. I also work in smaller areas at the time, to be able to apply the colours before the previous one has dried completely.
If you want your background to be darker, in this step you can add B29 or B39 in the darker area.
Una vez acabo de pintar el fondo del cielo, voy haciendo algunos puntos de luz
donde voy a poner estrellas pequeñitas, o mejor dicho muy lejanas ;).
Para hacerlo he aplicado pequeñas gotas de various ink 0 o del activador.
Pero también puedes apoyar la punta del blender 0 hasta que se haga una mancha del diámetro que desees.
Once I'm happy with the result, I'm going to make some light spots where I'm going to paint smaller stars, or rather further ones.
For doing it I apply small drops of various ink 0 or activator.
Or if not, just place the blender colourless 0 tip on the paper until you get a stop of the desired sizes.
Como podéis ver en el trabajo acabado, al final le he hecho unos puntitos con rotulador de gel blanco y también he hecho unos puntitos con polvo de embossing blanco, donde tenia las manchas del blender.
You can see that I finished my image by making small dots with the white gel pen
and also some white embossing powders on the blender stains.
Y este es mi trabajo acabado. Un tag para mi niño.
