#TGIFC238 Theme Challenge

Hello stampers and welcome to an all new TGIF ChallengesThis week we have a special theme to inspire some Grateful creations.  What are some things that you are grateful for?
I know I am SO grateful for the amazing and talented ladies on our TGIF design team.  I am missing so many of them as they gather for OnStage!  I am anxiously awaiting all of their pictures!

Does anyone else LOVE the Come to Gather DSP as much as I do?  The colors and patterns in this pack of paper are AMAZING!  I'm down to just bits and pieces of scraps, but I did have enough left to create a Thankful banner...just in time for Thanksgiving!

The colors in this DSP are so warm and cozy...perfect for some fall home decor.

Aren't the Gathered Leaves dies stunning?  The fact that they cut AND emboss is the best thing ever!  It's so much fun to spritz your card stock with just a bit of water and see the magical variations with each leaf cut.  It's almost like it brings them to life!

I may not be attending OnStage for this session, but there are some plans for some FaceTime crafting this weekend with my stampy BFF!  Thank goodness for technology in times when you can't be together in person!

To all of those who are attending OnStage, have so much fun!  I can't wait to see all of your posts and hear all about the amazing new things that are coming our way.

Happy Stamping!

Winter Wonderland

It is certainly feeling like a Winter Wonderland in my neck of the woods!  We got a little snow last week which has stuck around due to below freezing temps. I'm not a fan of the cold, but the snow sure is pretty and it puts me in a festive mood for the holiday!
It our family tradition to put up our Christmas decorations the weekend after Thanksgiving.  It's so much fun to see my boys decorate our tree and share their memories of each ornament they hang.  While they decorate the tree, I decorate our fire place mantle and this year I was inspired by our latest Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge.

These colors are absolutely stunning together and Stampin' Up! was on trend with the Winter Wonderland suite this year!  The DPS was perfect for making a  festive banner to finish up my mantle this year!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Winter Wonderland Specialty DSP, Gold Foil, Black Glimmer, Whisper White
Ink ~ Basic Black, Gold
Stamp Set ~ Wonderland
Other Supplies ~ Snowflake Elements, Banner Punch, Gold Glitter Ribbon, Gold Cording Trim, Circle Framelits, Linen Thread, Party Pennants Bigz Die (retired)

Here is a little picture of my complete mantle...my apologies for the poor lighting!  We have an old house that has no lights in the ceiling, which makes for a dimly lit house on a cold winter day!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Be sure to play along with us over at HSS...we love to see what you create!

Happy Stamping!

Finishing Touches for Fall ~ Monday Montage

Welcome to another fabulous Monday Montage Blog Hop!  We love to share our creations with you and thank you for joining us!

I decorated my house last weekend for fall and decided I needed a new banner for my mantle to complete my fall décor, so I got up early this morning and enjoyed a little bit of crafting time while the kiddos still slept.
I pulled out all sorts of fun papers, dies and ribbons for this project!  We are having some family pictures done next week and I plan on adding a few of those photos.

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Tangerine Tango, Crushed Curry, Basic Black, Typeset DSP, Motley Monsters DSP, Champagne Glimmer Paper
Other Supplies ~ Starburst Framelits, Fun Fall Framelits, Autumn Accents Bigz, Linen Thread, Burlap Ribbon, Venetian Crochet Trim, Banner Punch, Woodgrain Embossing Folder

Next up is Cathy...don't you just love her style?!?  Or if you want to hop backwards, you can hop on back to Amy...she inspires me each and every hop!

Thanks for hopping along with us today!

Happy Stamping!
