Happy new year and lots of best wishes for the coming year. I am recovering nicely now from my operation at the beginning of December and we had the most amazing holiday to Egypt at the beginning of November (seems like a bazillion years ago now though!!).
Exciting news for me -
Effie and myself have been given very kind permission from the lovely Nancy Maxwell-James to look after the wonderful
Gothic Arches challenge blog. Nancy has been very busy with personal and professional commitments and the blog had been on hiatus for a while.
We have set the first bi-weekly challenge as "New Beginnings" and I so hope that you will join in with us - I have always found this challenge lends a real creative freedom and is extremely enjoyable.

I have created my Arch using Distress Stains, a Karantha Designs stamp and a phoenix image from Google Images. A few gems, a feather and lots of glitter glue finish it off.
