Thankful

Back again!

This card will be entered into the following Challenges:

Simon Says Wednesday, Anything Goes.

I think this was one of my most favorite Thanksgiving cards to create.
Rustic.  Easy.

I started by creating my wood grained background, scoring every 1/2".
Then swiping inks, direct to paper I achieved the colors that I wanted.
Inks in; greys, blues, light brown and white.
It reminds me of well worn Cape Cod shingles.

Wreath is made using die cuts from Paper Smooches Foliage 2
and the large leaf from a Momenta die set.
I also swiped Versa Mark ink onto some of the edges of foliage
and dipped them in Gold Embossing Powder.  Heat set.

Thankful die is by PTI, Count My Blessings die set.
I taped half of the die cut off and then coated the bottom portion in a Gold Sakura Glitter Pen for a little bit of a different look.
I kind of love it!

Thanks so much for coming by, I count you among my blessings!

Enjoy~~
