DT Maja Design ~ Morsdags kort ♥

Heisann! Og gratulerer med dagen til alle mødre i dag!:)) 

Her kommer morsdagskortet som jeg har laget til min mamma. Jeg har brukt papirer fra Maja Design.

Papirene er fra Ska vi ta en Fika, og heter Bulle m Blåbær (med hjertene) og Två Frøknar.

Og så dette nydelige motivet fra Magnolia og With Love kolleksjonen som heter Tilda with Love.

Motivet er på tilbud hos Hjerteboden nå, sammen med flere Valentine tilbud. Det er også fri frakt for ordre over 350,- i dag (Morsdagstilbud!:))

Motivet er fargelagt med Distress Ink-refiller og Distress Markers. 

Jeg har også brukt Stickles-Star Dust Liquid Pearls-Bisque og Crackle Accents på motivet.

Poststempelet er fra Kort & Godt og stempelet på ene tagen er fra Stempelglede.

Jeg fikk flere kjempekoselige gaver til bursdagen min på fredag, med scrappesaker!!:)

Og flere av dem har jeg brukt her på kortet. Som metallhjertet og perlebåndet rundt motivet

Og også den lille konvolutten under, som jeg har puttet to tags i.

Jeg har også farget osteklut med egenlaget mist, og festet det bak motivet.

DooBeePops from Magnolia for Mother's Day ♥

Hi there!

Next weekend it is Mother's Day here in Norway. And I have made a card for that occations when trying out the new DooBeePops papers from Magnolia.

This one is the Old Rose.

I have cut out the dress with Tim Holtz's die called Sewing Room. 

The dress is inked with Distress Ink-Walnut Stain and painted with White Gesso. I have also added some spots with Liquid Pearls-Bisque.

The paper behind the dress is also from Magnolia, and the "With Love" Collection, it is called Cherub Champagne.

I have added some strokes with White Gesso on the paper, and also put on some laces, metal corners and a piece of Cheese Cloth. Around the waist I have tied a seem binding ribbon and fasten a small rose.

DT Maja Design ~ Happy Mother's Day ♥

I have for a long time now wanted to make a birdhouse. And here it is. I have made it for my mother♥

She is on a vacation now, but will get it when she returns home:)

The tutorial for this birdhouse I have made, is in the first Magnolia Ink magazine, and is by my DT-friend in Magnolia - Johanna.

I first started to cut the house out on bazzill-Vanilla. Then I inked the edges with the Distress Ink pad-Walnut Stain. For the pattern papers I have only used one sheet of paper, and it is from the lovely Maja Design. It is called Bjørnbærskakor and is from the Ska vi ta en Fika ? Collection.

Inside the window I have glued a golden heart, so cute I think:) I have added Stickles-Platinum to many of the edges. And as you can see, I have sewed the pattern paper to the bazzill. The butterfly was sent to me by a very good scrapping-friend.

On one side of the roof I have painted with Crackle Paint-Picket Fence, then put on some letters from Making Memories, that says "mum". Over them again I have added Crackle Accents. I have used the other side of the same pattern paper for the roof. The scallop edges are cut out with a scissors from Fiskars. Under the roof I have fasten a ribbon.

The letter S is my mother's letter, her name is Sissel.

Inside the roof I have fastende a sentiment from Stempelglede. You can also get this sentiments in English, they are then called "Just a Note", in Norwegian they are called "En liten hilsen".

I am not sure yet what I will put in the little birdhouse... But I have to come up with something before she comes home:))

DT Whiff of Joy ~ To Mummy

I had some fun in Photoscape again:) And look at this gorgeous image!! I love it, and it is perfect for a Mothersday card or just a card to your mother. It is illustrated by Norma Fickel, and will be on sale at Whiff of Joy from this Saturday (13th).
I have coloured with Distress Ink, refillers. And added some Stickles - Star Dust and Glimmer Mist - Pearl to the image/card.

The beautiful papers are from Prima. So great to work with, this new ones are a bit thicker than the old ones. Much better:))

And yes it is another easel card!:) So fun to make, and a great way to show a beautiful image like this. The yellow flowers are from Papirloftet aswell as the pearls. The pins are from Whiff of Joy.
