4) All transactions are final. All item sold are neither non-refundable nor exchangeable, but I will consider case by case basis on the reason for any exchange, return or refund and also based on item(s) availability.

5) Please note that we are NOT responsible in the event of any non-delivery, postal/custom delays, loss or breakage incurred during shipping.

6) Reservation is allowed but only within 3 day, but if you like I reserve for you much longer, please deposit 50% of total price for secure booking.

7) Booking is allowed, however order will be cacelled if no payment received within 3 days.
