Baking Brian

Baking Brian is an expert at making cakes, quite likes to eat cake too! He's perfect to wish my Uncle a happy 70th birthday as my Uncle quite likes cake too!

You can find Baking Brian HERE, hope you all have a good weekend, I have just completed my first 35 hour week at work since last century so my weekend will be spent doing as little as possible!

Blunder Woman (pre coloured)

I think we all have a determined older lady in our lives, I think I am becoming that determined older lady in my life! Blunder Woman is my hero and she can still rock the outfit. She tells things to you straight, and gets on with stuff, protector of the nice ones in life, scathing of the nasty ( possibly a little too scathing I have been told)!

You can find Blunder Woman HERE, the fab new BLAM papers HERE and the sentiment is from the Birthday Sentiment sheet HERE, Have a good weekend

Speed Demon

The first time I saw this image I thought of a little girl who lives on my street, she learned to ride a two wheeled bike when she was 3 and she has been a committed speed demon ever since, although she wouldn't be seen dead in a skirt outside of school hours!

You can find Speed Demon HERE (aka Daisy), hope you enjoy the weekend, it's supposed to be ten degrees warmer on Saturday than it has been all week! Of course it's bringing the rain with it!

Skater Stanley

The kids are in school
The skate parks are full
With Grandads out on their boards
A cut on the lip
The odd broken hip
Skating has its rewards!!!!

Stanley is out getting his daily exercise, he can do a caballarial with the best of them (no I have no idea what that means either, I just googled skateboarding terms)

You can find Skater Stanley HERE, hope you have a lovely weekend, I expect my Poet Laureate award in the post

Trevor the Troll

This may well be how some of you felt on New Year's Day after a bit too much celebrating. I felt perfectly fine because I fell asleep in my really comfy armchair at just gone 8pm, briefly roused at around midnight when the fireworks went off then up properly at 7am to get ready for work!

You can find Trevor the Troll HERE, perfect for the grumpier people in your lives!! Hope you all have a good weekend

Flossy the Sheep

Crikey, I am going to forget my head before long, I forgot today was Friday, I got an unexpected new job and all of a sudden my organised but busy week became disorganised chaos! I made this card for my middle son's birthday yesterday, he is training to be an accountant and Flossy fit the joke perfectly!

You can find Flossy HERE, and the joke on Google! I hope you all have a lovely weekend, I will yet again be helping out on a market in the pouring rain, and have a wonderful Christmas.

Nightcap Derek

I have to say that Nightcap Derek is one of my favourite images, not least because this is the third time I've used him this year. However it was my Dad's 76th birthday yesterday and I thought this was perfect, he's fond of a nap or several and his present was the very exciting pair of slippers!

You can find Nightcap Derek HERE and the sentiment comes from Funny Sentiments Sheet 2 which can be found HERE. If you could send get well wishes to Dr Digi this week, we'd be grateful, he had a frontal lobotomy procedure this week and I think Mrs Digi is seriously regretting leaving him with a bell in the bedroom whilst he undertakes a couple of days bed rest.

Hope you all have a good weekend

Simply Santa (pre coloured)

Need a card in a rush? We are all pretty busy at Christmas. I've used the brilliant pre coloured Simply Santa, although I have added a trusty reindeer. Isn't the snowman backing paper fantastic, so much fun.

You can find Simply Santa HERE, you can find the Snowman backing papers HERE and the sentiment can be found on Dr Digi's Christmas Sentiment Sheet
HERE. Have a good weekend everyone, I will be on a market stall in the wind and rain and at a Christmas Fair.

Bauble

Back onto making Christmas cards this week and this is a perfect image because it is free!! Yep free, gratis but I bet you can't go to Dr Digi's website without putting more than a bauble into your basket!

You can find the bauble HERE and you can find the sentiment on the Christmas sentiment sheet HERE

Climbing Kitties

Here's my latest card using the newest Dr Digi image which he made with me in mind (no one dare argue otherwise thank you!!). Add another couple of cats and this would be my house, at the moment you can see Elmo on the top, Frodo clinging on for dear life and Jasper disappearing into the bottom. Makoto and Ossie are clearly off elsewhere doing cat things, probably involving choosing which rodent to present me with next. I keep telling them that bringing in live field mice is not going to win them any prizes but will they listen?

You can find this fab new digistamp HERE and you can find a wonderful new collection of sentiments for pets HERE. Hope you all have a good weekend, we are expecting a monsoon here because apparently Manchester does not get enough rain already!

Christmas Chris

It's November so I thought I had better get started on a few more Christmas cards; every year I say I will make a couple a week then I won't be in a mad rush, you, of course, know how that plan goes! As you can see here Christmas Chris has gotten started early on the Christmas pudding, there will be some very unimpressed people on the day itself if there's none to be had!

You can find Christmas Chris HERE and check out the rest of the Christmas section for more seasonal digis; between you and me I think there may be some more arriving in the store in the next few weeks, but don't tell Dr Digi I told you!

Have a good weekend, am off to a fireworks display tomorrow night, boom, flash, kaboom, have a good one

Mr Hoppy and his Chopper

There's been a lot of talk this week about Back to the Future 1,2 and 3 (they should have stopped at 1), however Mr Hoppy is taking us back to the past, my childhood to be exact. I loved my space hopper and could do the Rubik's cube in record time (once my cousin sent me the solution!). I wasn't allowed a Chopper as it was a boy's bike and we actually had a Commodore 64 (best game was Manic Minor) but I eventually got my Sony Walkman!

If you want to go back to the past then you can find Mr Hoppy HERE or Chopper HERE, also check out the fantastic cassette papers ( C30 C60 C90 GO) HERE.

Hope you have a good weekend

Sugar Plump Fairy

In days gone by Deirdery was a ballerina extraordinaire, dancing with the likes of Barishnickersov, Nearenuff and Wayne Sleet. However time has passed and poor old Deirdery, like many of us, is not quite as svelte as she once was however every now and then she puts on her tutu (or should that be a threethree these days) and dances away the stresses of the day.

You can find the Sugar Plump Fairy HERE, also check out the other new images this fortnight, actually don't check them out unless you want nightmares bwahahahaha!

Have a good weekend, I will be baking cakes tomorrow for the refreshment stand at The Wags and Wellies Sponsored Walk at the Society For Abandoned Animals in Stretford this Sunday

Candy Daisy

Me and my sister used to go to Sunday School every Sunday, it has to be said that the religious side of things passed us by because we were more interested in what we'd spend our 10 pences on in the sweet shop after it finished. You could get quite the haul from the local sweet shop at the end of the 70s! Not sure how much Daisy's collection of sweeties cost but she is definitely enjoying them.

Candy Daisy is Dr Digi's latest creation and can be found HERE, I also used Candyland papers which can be found HERE.

Brünnhilde

It's my Mum's birthday this weekend (74 years young) so I thought I'd have someone sing those birthday wishes, who better than Brünnhilde, her voice packs a punch!

You can find Brünnhilde HERE, hope you have a wonderful weekend

Aubery Bumblethorpe (pre coloured)

At the moment I am busy having a huge declutter of the whole house, including crafting stuff so I needed a digistamp that was quick and easy, Aubrey Bumblethorpe came to my rescue! He is another of Dr Digi's selection of pre coloured digi images, a handsome old devil, you will agree!

He can be found HERE and if you do not have a cluttered craft desk and want to colour him yourself then you can find him HERE.

Have a good weekend

Toolshed Ted

Ted has been carefully tending his seedlings, they are aloe plants and he is planning on finding the secret of eternal youth, although he possibly needs to get a move on! He has needed his wellies this summer but still hopes he might be able to break out his flip flops if a rumoured September heatwave comes to pass (something to do with if America gives a weather system a big enough shove to get it across the Atlantic).

You can find Toolshed Ted HERE and the most fantastic Seedlings papers HERE (second only to the biscuits paper in my humble opinion). Hope you all have a good weekend.

Nightcap Derek

I think we all have these types of mornings, I know I do! Had a day out with a lot of walking yesterday so I wasn't particularly keen on doing either this morning. You can find Nightcap Derek HERE.

Hope you all have a good weekend, think it s supposed to pour down here, what a shame, all the more time for colouring and crafting!

Ambrose King of The Waves

Well today here in Manchester you need your wellies and your waterwings, just to go outside and only the bravest of souls would get in their cars and drive to our nearest beach! Ambrose has taken a break from his search of the deep seas to  build a sandcastle and have a 99. Fridays on our road are known as Kenny days as that's the day most of the kids get their ice cream fix from Kenny the ice cream man, there are those who make the claim that every day should be a Kenny day but the parents are winning the war- so far!

You can find Ambrose King of The Waves HERE and you can find the pre coloured sandcastle HERE. Have a look at the wonderful waves, you can find them HERE, the latest set of fab Dr Digi background papers New Wave. Hope you all have a great weekend
