• Your ordered items will be emailed as download links, OR you may fetch them directly on your order screen, here is how:

1. Go to Accounts while logged into your account, and then go to My Account, then scroll down to see the order list, and click the word “view” next to the order you want to download. You’ll see all your purchased products listed there. 
2. As long as your order is paid for, these green icons will work on this screen. 
3. You can click the green icons next to each file for the new products(s). Some products have more than one file/green icon. Make sure to “save” them, no “open” them, as they are zip files which cannot be “opened” from an internet source.
4. And most importantly, only click one file at a time and allow your browser to completely finish the download process before clicking the next one. Too many downloads at once will overload the browsers processing, and could result in incomplete downloads which will give you an error saying the file is corrupt.

I have had many inquires on order downloads and that you are not receiving the download emails with download links. Sometimes the emails that are automated from the server are just not accepted by mailboxes and I don't know why it happens to only some.

BUT, do not worry, I have GREAT news!

You DO NOT need the download-info email to download your purchases. Once your payment is completed, you can just be logged into your account, go to accounts from the top menu, then select my account. Scroll down to see your ordering history and click the word VIEW next to the order number you wish to download products from.  Click on the green circle icons next to each file available to you, and then following your computer's prompts to save the file(s). Only paid orders will allow the green icons to function.  Your downloads are ALWAYS available this way. You NEVER need the email with links.
