Translation: A U.S. withdrawal would risk a Taliban takeover with Kabul becoming the new Saigon and our Afghan friends massacred.
Fifteen years in, and we are stuck.

 

Nor is America about to end the next longest war in its history: Iraq. Defense Secretary Ash Carter plans to send units of the 101st Airborne back to Iraq to join the 4,000 Americans now fighting there,
[. . .]Vladimir Putin’s plunge into the Syrian civil war with air power appears to have turned the tide in favor of Bashar Assad.
The “moderate” rebels are being driven out of Aleppo and tens of thousands of refugees are streaming toward the Turkish border.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is said to be enraged with the U.S. for collaborating with Syrian Kurds against ISIS and with Obama’s failure to follow through on his dictate — “Assad must go!”
There is thus no end in sight to the U.S. wars in Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq, nor to the U.S.-backed Saudi war in Yemen, where ISIS and al-Qaida have re-arisen in the chaos.
Indeed, the West is mulling over military intervention in Libya to crush ISIS there and halt the refugee flood into Europe.

Perhaps Madison was wrong.
Otherwise, with no end to war on America’s horizon, the prospect of this free republic enduring is, well, doubtful.

Vice President of Union Pacific, salary $8 million in 2014. Spineless administrators and Soros funded activists incite nonsensical misguided protests. Journalist professor who threatened videographer with violence on Missouri campus resigned after her shameless clueless outrage. It is 1968 all over again. Upper class radicals with nothing to lose shout at spineless useful idiot administrators. At Missouri, Wolfe and Stokes did no wrong. Targeted for their thoughts. White LAPD Officer Files Complaint For Racial Discrimination

LAPD Sgt. Terie Evans' life has, for nearly a decade, been interlinked with that of a man who became a notorious killer.
Evans had been accused by her then-partner on the force, Christopher Dorner, of kicking a mentally ill man. When that claim was found to be untrue, the department stripped Dorner of his badge.
His subsequent rage led to a homicidal rampage across Southern California in 2013 that Evans helped to end by identifying him to authorities.
In the standoff that followed an extensive manhunt, Dorner shot himself and died.
Now, two years after the rampage, Evans, who is white, has sued the LAPD, alleging that her supervisors retaliated and discriminated against her because of the “racial connotations” in the accusations by Dorner, who was black.

According to the lawsuit, Dorner's complaint sparked “racial tension” and led to Evans being harassed by her supervisors, blocked from promotion and denied overtime pay.
The lawsuit alleges that Evans was targeted by the department and faced further retaliation for reporting racial discrimination against her by supervisors.
Evans, the lawsuit says, was made “a scapegoat because of the racial connotations attached to Dorner's claims and was punished by the LAPD, and treated unfairly by members of the department on account of her race.”

Civil Rights Lawyer At Harvard University Acts Like Humpty Dumpty

Has one race exclusive use of the word race? What is the definition of that word? The profiled lawyer does not say. Working with no definition allows any argument to succeed. 



Is that how lawyers argue out of court? Rahsaan D. Hall "defended Harvard’s consideration of race [undefined] as a factor in its admissions processes. [. . .] Hall maintained that Harvard [is] in compliance with the legal precedent set by the Supreme Court" but provides no citation. Perplexed at appeals to law when it suits the argument, but ignoring law as the White House and the Department of Justice do when that suits them. Curious that Hall argues as if progressive voters have difficulty obtaining voter IDs, but non progressive voters do not. Does that mean ability is based on ideology?

I guess what I have a problem with is dividing Americans into groups. In the case of the Democrats, they divide Americans into supposed “victimized” groups. Disgusting.

Racial polarization and tensions are frighteningly high. I long for politicians who talk to us as Americans; appealing to our shared humanity without pandering to any group. America needs a true leader who will unite us as Americans.
Ronald Reagan was pretty good at doing that. As a young black man from the Baltimore projects, every time I heard President Reagan speak, I felt good; inspired to be all I could be and proud to be an American. Funny thing. I do not remember Reagan promising me any special concession due to my race.

We need a hero, folks. To you candidates seeking the White House in 2016, start educating Americans to Obama and the Democrats' crimes against our country. Rather than dividing and pandering, talk to us as one big American family; connecting with our shared humanity.

New York restaurants such as Lallisse, Maialino and Pershing Square were reportedly targeted for loud meal-time disruptions. Big Apple organizers likened their brunch attacks to 1960s sit-ins.

It’s a great read, but the fact is that the novel was set in the nineteen-thirties and that segregation and most of its abuses – certainly its legal abuses – ended fifty years ago in the South and never existed at all in the West and North. Yet despite that, despite the Voting Rights Act and the now numerous black officeholders everywhere, despite having an African-American elected president, the intellectual view of race relations in America is still that one book.

A Canadian immigration agency denied Teganya refugee status, saying he was complicit in the killing of 200 Tutsis at a hospital where he was a medical intern during the genocide.
