1 down 1 to go

Alright! The Tampa Bay Rays has played their last game against the Chicago White Sox and they are one game to go to hit the world series. The Tampa Bay Rays is waiting for the winning team between the Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Angels. What is interesting about the Tampa Bay Rays is being the worst team in the league last year to one of the best team team this year. If I have to choose I'd rather Boston Red Sox to win the series between the Los Angeles Angels because the Tampa Bay Rays will have the home field advantage playing against the Red Sox but the Los Angeles Angels which has the number one record of the whole league trying hard to bring back Game 5 to Los Angeles.

Go Tampa Bay Rays Go!!!!

I never thought!

I am born as a sport lover particularly basketball. Now that football is huge here in the states I learned to like it and be a fan too. I grew up watching basketball and my dream came true when we went to see an NBA game in Orlando which was my favorite Detroit Pistons were playing. When I learned football my husband brought me to 2 games already and I am loving it. This year I never though I will be interested in baseball. I never understood the game until last month and when our Tampa bay rays is playing good. Now I am getting excited because I will be able to go to the game soon. I never thought I will be watching a baseball game live! So excited and I'm definite looking forward for the game day!

Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao

I have been wondering if Manny Pacquiao is having a fight because I saw it in the Pay Per View Commercial and I never heard any hype going on. Last Saturday We went home late and we were like finishing our task at home so Ray was just looking the TV trying to find a show to put on while we are doing our tasks. Ray saw the fight and he put it on because he know I will love to watch it. Actually we didn't see the beginning of the whole show, one fight already done and it was a disqualification of one player. It was the middle of the second fight and it was a disqualifications too. The Pacquiao vs Diaz was the fight of the night. All I saw was domination of Pacman in the entire fight until he knocked out Diaz. Anyway it was a good fight because I am rooting for our "Pambansang Kamao"(just heard while i was looking for video online yet can't find a good one). Maybe you can find better video than me......
Once again CONGRATULATIONS TO MANNY PACQUIAO!!! You deserve all your belts!

Blast from the past

At Super Bowl XLI when it was in Miami last year when Ray and I decided to be one of the stage crews. Definitely we don't want to do it again even if it will be here in Tampa. It was considered an experience for us, at least now we know what's going on behind those moving stages during the half time show. What I don't like about it is we can't watch the even though I was able to watch the 1st of it at the tunnel but it's not the same as watching it and don't worry about the responsibilities that we have to do next. We didn't regret doing it but definitely won't gonna do it again. I include some of our photos during those nights we were down in Miami.

Miami (South Beach) is the only city I've seen where waitress/waiters perform in the bar and the only one that dress up see-through outfit.

In the field before the Big event.

Super Bowl XLII

Man, what a GAME it was! The New York Giants vs. The New England Patriots battles to be the champion. Ray and I went to Chili's to watch the game. Actually we watched the first half of the game at the store and went to Chili's to watch the rest of it. We are both rooting for the Giants since the family especially dad is rooting for them ever since. The family is actually from New York (Ray was born in Bronx, NY) that's why we rather cheer for the Giants than the Patriots. It was indeed the biggest upset for the Patriots since they had an 18-0 and of course wants a perfect season(19-0) just like the Miami Dolphins in the Super Bowl VII in 1972 where they went 17-0. Unfortunately, the Patriots lost the game and had to go home with 18-1. Almost everyone at Chili's were cheering for the Giants. We were screaming as loud as we can except for the 2 guys who were rooting for the Patriots. I even met a Filipina named Christie. Oh man, I cannot believe how loud we were in the last minutes of the game. Congratulations New York Giants! You deserves to be THE SUPER BOWL XLII CHAMPION!
