Nargis Fakhri (born 20 October 1979) [1][2][3] is an American fashion model and actress.
Career
Fakhri appeared on America's Next Top Model Cycles 2 and 3 in 2004.[4] She posed for the 2009 Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar.[4] In 2011, she made her feature film debut in the Bollywood film, Rockstar, alongside Ranbir Kapoor which was released on November 11, 2011.[5][6]
Personal Life
Fakhri was born in Queens, New York to a Czech mother and a Pakistani father.[7][8] Her parents divorced each other when she was barely six or seven years old.[9] Fakhri is a U.S. citizen.[9] When asked about her father's homeland, she revealed that she has never visited Pakistan.[10][9] Her favourite hobbies include cooking, meditation and yoga.[11]
