So, to get in the mood....how about another Christmas card. This one uses the adorable Merry Christmas image from Just Inklined, Even snowmen like to celebrate....and they don't have to shop!
This time I coloured in the background, which better defines the image, adding some glossy accents to the glasses and glamour dust to the snow. I've cut and matted the image, using the Spellbinders Labels Two die, and created the fancy border with the Frostyville die from Memory box.
I tried something different with the sentiment....after stamping and heat embossing, I cut around it and then cut a backing in the red cardstock. This really helps it to stand out. A couple of MS punches for the snowflake and greenery, some peel-offs for the border, a few gems and a bit of Candi embellishment provide the finishing touches.

Snowflakes are my favourite at the moment and this is a gorgeous card. The colours and textures really look superb and contrast with the whites beautifully.

One of the best Snowman Christmas cards I've seen so far! Love those dies, and coloring the background REALLY makes the snowmen pop out. Beautiful, beautiful card!
