You'll move through the stages of indignation, understanding, mild agreement, and reach the bliss of reduced auditory function before you know it.

You've missed the point, Anon 11:13am. The penal code actually defines what a firearm is, and guns that predate a certain year are an exception to the definition of "firearm" that is used for criminal acts.
