Christmas Stampin' All Year Long - Things in Threes

This week at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long, we want to see:

'Things in Threes'

Our sponsor for this challenge is:

There will be three lucky winners, each receiving one image from the Digi Doodle Shop!

The DT were given some Digi Doodles images to use for this challenge, and these cuties are called 'Box of Kittens'. I coloured the image using watercolour pencils, then paired it with some papers from the 'I Believe' pad by My Mind's Eye. I distressed the edges, and added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a white gel pen. The spaarkly brads are by American Crafts. My 'things in threes' are the brads, and three different papers.

I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
For more inspiration from my lovely DT buddies, please pop over to Christmas Stampin' All Year Long.

Pile It On! - Goodbye!

It's time for a new challenge over at Pile It On!, where the theme (rather appropriately for the awful weather we're having this Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK) is:

'Farewell to summer/Goodbye/Missing You'

We are sponsored for this challenge by Digi Doodles...who have also very generously provided the DT with some of their fun images to work with.
I've done something a little different (well for me anyway), and have made a tag to fit over the neck of a wine bottle. The image I used is 'Mr Dodiddle at High Speed'...well I thought he looked like he was going somewhere! lol I coloured him with water colour pencils, and added some Glossy Accents to his shell and eyes. The paper I used is from the 'Penny Lane' glitter stack by My Mind's Eye, the sentiment was done on my computer, and I also added some Craftwork Cards card candy. Here it is being modelled by a bottle of wine:

Here are the challenges I Piled On!:
Please take the time to check out the fabulous projects by the rest of the Pile It On! DT.
